个人简介:

韩根成,军事医学科学院基础医学研究所研究员,博士生导师。

教育及研究工作主要经历:

2002年毕业于第三军医大学,获免疫学专业博士学位; 2005-2007年在美国路易斯维尔大学从事博士后研究。2002年至今先后任军事医学科学院基础医学研究所助理研究员、副研究员、研究员。

研究方向

一直从事免疫调控异常与疾病的关系研究。早期围绕不同T辅助细胞亚群的调控机制及其在免疫耐受诱导中的应用展开研究,阐明了抗原的不同耐受诱导途径对T细胞亚群分化的影响及意义。近期重点聚焦于免疫细胞稳态调控的机制及意义研究。发现了一些在T细胞及天然免疫细胞稳态调控中发挥关键作用的免疫检查点分子,重点阐明了它们在天然免疫细胞稳态调控中的信号通路,研发了相应的抗体等干预制剂,为后续的应用研究奠定了扎实的理论及实验基础。

课题及成果

先后以负责人承担国家”973”课题2项,国家重点研发计划课题1项,北京市自然科学基金重点项目1项,国家自然科学基金面上项目4项,以及其它多项军事医学项目。

截止目前已经发表SCI研究论文60余篇。其中以通讯或第一作者在Journal of Immunology, Scientific Reports, Cancer Res等专业杂志发表SCI论文35篇,总影响因子160。获得授权国家发明专利8项,国际发明专利(PCT1项。

社会兼职:

中国免疫学会基础免疫学分会委员;《细胞与分子免疫学杂志》编委,《中国肿瘤生物治疗杂志》编委;Journal of Immunology, Cellular Molecular Immunology 等杂志的审稿人。
